Teach It Like You Stream It: Flipped Learning Meets Streaming Culture

Dr Peter Esperanza reminds educators that, at the end of the day, this is what we want our students to feel when they stream our videos.

The JJ Atencio Lighthouse for New Learning was packed on July 20, 2026, as the Ateneo SALT Institute hosted “Teach It Like You Stream It: Flipped Learning Meets Streaming Culture,” their first #PassTheSALT workshop open to the public. Dr E, also known online as the Numberbender, shared his tips and tricks on using streaming as a platform for flipped learning. As blended modalities become more common, we are reminded that creating online learning content is not about the tech you have, but how you use what you already have.
