This two-hour interactive session bridges 17 years of flipped classroom practice (2009–present) with the engagement techniques of streaming culture. Part 1 covers flipped learning across in-person, hybrid, and online modalities — timely for Philippine institutions expanding online instruction. Part 2 is hands-on: participants apply the streamer's playbook — layouts, scenes, pacing, live interaction — and build their own broadcast-quality teaching setup using free, browser-based tools, ready for immediate use in Zoom, Google Meet, or recorded lessons.
Dr. Peter Esperanza ("Dr. E") is a mathematics professor at Barstow Community College in California with over 20 years of teaching experience. A pioneer of flipped classroom learning since 2009 — beginning at Barstow High School and continuing today across in-person, hybrid, and online synchronous and asynchronous college math courses — he is also the creator of Numberbender, a free math education platform with over 340,000 YouTube subscribers serving Filipino and English-speaking learners worldwide. An Apple Distinguished Educator and international speaker, Dr. E leads the "Teach It Like You Stream It" movement, making broadcast-quality online teaching free and accessible to every educator.
